Ollie Becker grew up on Martha’s Vineyard, and after graduating from Bard College in 2008, spent a decade in Los Angeles producing unscripted TV series for major TV networks. He moved back to the Vineyard in 2018 and began working for Circuit Arts (formerly MV Film Festival), making short films about the issues facing our community and the environment. This work has led to close collaborations with dozens of island non-profits and provided deeper understanding of the community in which he was raised.  Being part of the non-profit ecosystem on the Vineyard has led Ollie to join the advisory council of the Vineyard Vision Fellowship, and the boards of both Vineyard Conservation Society and Martha’s Vineyard Community Foundation.

Ollie is grateful to once again be ingrained in this special community, and humbled to be in a position to help the island through the MV Community Foundation. Ollie lives in West Tisbury with his wife and two children, and enjoys fishing and taking walks when time allows
