Emergency Response / Urgent Needs
The Emergency Response Fund was established in March 2020 to address the sudden and urgent needs brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. As the needs of our community have evolved, so too has this fund, and remains as relevant as ever. We believe it is a core responsibility of the Community Foundation to maintain this agile, immediate support resource.
“Our food security program is playing an increasingly instrumental role in ensuring Island youth and families have consistent access to healthy and nutritious meals.”
Dhakir Warren
Executive Director at Martha’s Vineyard Boys & Girls Club
