As one of the largest providers of scholarships on Martha’s Vineyard, there is no more powerful embodiment of the future than the hearts and minds of our young people in high school and college.
From 1984 to 2021, we’ve awarded over 1,800 scholarships, totaling $3.8 million to Island students. Roughly half of these awards supported high school seniors entering college and half went to students currently enrolled in college and graduate school programs as well as nearly 100 mariners pursuing their Captain’s licenses.
